Warranty
We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects as shown below.
Frame Integrity (welds) – 5 years from date of retail purchase, we will repair or replace the frame at our option.
Paint finish -1 year from date of retail purchase. This structural frame warranty does not cover paint chipping, fading, or other cosmetic decay that is the natural result of environmental exposure to sunlight or inclement weather conditions.
Standard polyester fabric (specified on cushion tag) – 1 year from date of retail purchase.
Sunbrella® fabric (specified on cushion tag) – 5 years from date of retail purchase.
Gas fire bowls, fire-pit accessories, and other parts are one (1) year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover damage to fire pits due to excessive heat.
We reserve the right to make substitutions with similar merchandise if the model submitted for warranty claim is no longer in production.
Warranty does not cover the following:
•Abusive or unreasonable use.
•Commercial use.
•Acts of nature, including, but not limited to, fire, ice, wind damage, and earthquakes.
•Glass tabletops
•Normal sagging of sling materials.
•Furniture cushions, liners, or foam. (Fabric only)
•Normal fading, nicks, and scratches on powder coat finishes and resin materials.
•Imperfections inherent in the manufacturing process of the product.
Obtaining Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, you must contact the retailer where the furniture was originally purchased within the relevant warranty period and provide a copy of your dated register receipt as proof of purchase. The receipt or other proof of purchase must be complete and legible with no alterations or cross-outs. All warranty issues must be handled through the retailer from which the furniture was originally purchased. Original proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims.
