Cleaning Aluminum

Life-Outside® frames are made with commercial-grade, rust and maintenance-free aluminum. Wash frames with a mild solution of soap & water, rinse thoroughly.

Cleaning & Caring for Fabric

Use a soft brush to clean the cushions. When necessary, clean cushions with non-detergent water. Rinse the cushion with a hose and hang to dry.

Never tumble dry our cushions. Do not use bleach or solvents on fabric.

All Sunbrella® fabrics are highly resistant to water. However, heavy or consistent rainfall will still get your cushions wet. If your cushions do get wet, we recommend unzipping the cushions and propping them up to dry. 

Cushions will typically require 1-3 days in the sun to completely dry, though humidity and other weather conditions can extend this timeframe.  Properly drying your cushions is essential for the longevity of the foam.

Although the aluminum frames and seating are designed for year- round use, you should store the product during inclement weather to insure longer life.

Umbrellas must not be left up unattended or in breezy conditions. In heavy wind, folded umbrellas should be taken out of the table and stored.
